HOW TO BECOME A WPYRA MEMBER & REGISTER FOR RODEOS
Welcome to the Western Pennsylvania Youth Rodeo Association (WPYRA)! We’re excited to have you join us. Follow these simple steps to complete your membership and register for upcoming rodeos.
STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Before the start of the season, complete the WPYRA Membership Form online (work in progress -beta phase) or complete the below forms to be returned to the rodeo secretary.
How to sign up:
- Follow the Membership Registration link (above) on the WPYRA website or Facebook page.
- Complete all required sections of the Google Form.
- Upload all required membership documents.
- Complete, sign, and notarize any documents that require notarization.
- Submit the form and appropriate documents before the start of the season.
DAY PASSES for NON-MEMBERS
NOT A MEMBER! NO PROBLEM! JOIN US WITH A DAY PASS! A DAY PASS IS STILL ELIGIBLE FOR PAYOUT.
DAY PASS FEE: $25.00 per contestant, per each rodeo.
CAN'T UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS?
No problem! If you are unable to upload your completed, signed, or notarized documents through the Google Form, bring the completed originals with you to the first rodeo of the season.
IMPORTANT: All required membership paperwork must be completed and turned in before the contestant will be permitted to participate in WPYRA events.
STEP 2 — CREATE OR LOG IN TO YOUR EQUEST EVENT ACCOUNT
WPYRA uses EQuest Event for rodeo entries and event registration.
Go to EQuestEvent.com and:
Already have an account?
Log in using your existing profile.
New to EQuest Event?
Create an account and set up the appropriate contestant profile(s) before registering for a WPYRA event.
TIP: If you already have an EQuest Event profile, do not create a duplicate profile. Use your existing account.
STEP 3 — SELECT THE WPYRA EVENT
Once you are logged in:
- Find and select the WPYRA rodeo/event you would like to attend.
- Select the DAY or DAYS you want to participate.
- Select each EVENT you want to enter for each applicable contestant.
- Review your selections carefully before continuing.
Don't Forget the Add-Ons!
Some WPYRA venues may have additional fees or options that must be selected during registration.
These add-ons will be noted for each individual venue/event.
Be sure to review and select all applicable add-ons before checking out.
STEP 4 — REVIEW, PAY & SUBMIT
- Before submitting your registration:
- Confirm the correct contestant is entered.
- Confirm the correct rodeo date(s).
- Confirm all desired events are selected.
- Confirm all applicable venue add-ons are selected.
- Review your entry and fees.
- Pay the appropriate fees at checkout.
- Submit your registration.
Once your registration has been successfully submitted through EQuest Event, you're registered for the rodeo!
Please pay attention to WPYRA Facebook posts and event information for important updates, including entry deadlines, schedules, draw information, venue requirements, and other rodeo announcements.

Note: THE FOLLOWING MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM WILL BE NEEDED AT OR BEFORE YOUR CHILD'S FIRST RODEO. PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW TO VIEW AND PRINT THE FORMS. PLEASE SEND FORMS BACK TO THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO OR AT YOUR FIRST RODEO. THE ADDRESS IS ON THE FORMS. MEMBERSHIP DUES AND SPONSORSHIPS CAN BE COMPLETED AND PAID ON THE EQUEST WEBSITE, APPROVED WPYRA PAYMENT METHODS, OR IN PERSON. BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP DONATIONS ARE 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE AND INVOICES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
